We like Saisons and Witbiers, the?re better together. "Style" is a dirty word in Belgium and as you may have guessed can be around our brewery, as well. Saisons, traditionally, are fermented to dry tartness and liberally hopped (for a Belgian style, anyway). Witbiers are slightly sweeter, usually spiced and always pretty light in color.
